With this filter, you can protect your coffee machine from limescale and algae deposits.

It is attached to the fresh water intake hose in the tank. This filter is used for water treatmentPractical system for water softening, based on an innovative mixture of resin that absorbs heavy metals and impurities from the lime water. It is also effective against limescale and algae. 

The specified number of liters of filter capacity is based on the assumption of average water hardness. The filter should be changed after two months at the latest, even with very soft water, for reasons of decreasing filter performance and for hygienic considerations.

This filter filters exactly the amount of water required for the current coffee preparation. There is no filtering "for stock". This makes these filters efficient and sustainable in contrast to filter pads, which filter the entire contents of the water tank.
